Belt for integral or plunge attachments?

I've had my Wilmont about 4 months now and am finally getting the hang of using my plunge/integral grinding attachment. For those of you with similar, what belts do you like for that application? I've had no issues with a regular 120 ceramic for the initial rough in, but am looking for experience on finishing grits out to 4-600. I've been using the Sanyko AO's from Pops, but they seem to want to ripple a bit in front of the plunge at higher grits.

Hermes has a nice flexible ceramic belt in 120 and 220 grit and people are liking Red Label Abrasive flexible ceramics that go to either 400 or 600? I need to order a batch of those to try out! Sun Max has a structured abrasive from pops in A45, 30, 16 and 5 micron that are pretty soft and flexible that may work well with plunges.
