Belt grinder motor questions

I am hoping for some help. I picked up two treadmills to use one of the motors for a 2 x 72 belt grinder build.

I would have assumed they would have been 240v (Australia). How ever now i have the cover off the treadmill this is the plate on the motor.
I assume it is three phase. would the treadmill have a converter built in or would it have been 3phase.
Do i need a vfd to run this motor ?
