Finally got to make one. 30 mm wide. Makes a set with one of my ness sheaths.

but why did you turn the buckle bend outward instead of inward? preference?

That is nice! And I'm curious about the bend as well. Makes it look like it might be difficult inserting the belt through the loop.

Thanks. Here the whole set. You can see here how the bend really is. No problems inserting the belt either. I wear it every day (minus the ness )

I just realized something lol. When we noticed that the bend was "backwards" it never occured to me that for it to be backwards the flesh side of the leather would have been showing...not the skin.

Neat idea on the buckle bend...is it snapped so you can change out buckles?

i wasn't looking for flesh, i figured he used some thin leather, and double sided the belt, to look finished on both sides. the new pics clear that up though.
