Belt pouch for a Zippo?

Ever since I heard about the Thunderbird insert for Zippos that has a standard flame but runs off butane, I've been carrying one in a casing given to me by a respected friend.I have others I swap out for different occasions, I typically have one on me either in my cargo shorts or in my jeans change pocket. I don't smoke, but on a college campus and clubbing it makes a lot of friends The problem, my EDC is shifting around, I'm going to need my small change pocket for something else. I'm looking for a belt pouch for my Zippo that has the following criteria.
-No loud velcro.
-Does not look like an ammo pouch or MOLLE compatible.
-Looks good whether I'm in old jeans in class or dressed up for the clubs.
-Does not scratch the finish of the lighters.
-As non-bulky as possible, I would like it to clearly be a lighter case and not a bat-belt container.
-Secure, solid loop.
-Looks 'college', not 'redneck'. I already have a mullet and have to shake off my natural accent.

Are there any stock pouches being sold that fit this listing, or does anyone know of a cheaper custom maker that can hook me up?

Found the guys website but he doesn't currently have any lighters there or at his ebay store (maybe hes on vacation?).
I'm interested in one but whats the price range on those lighters? A ballpark figure would be fine. So........$50-$100? Less, more?
