found it at harbour freight,,

This is the Harbor Freight 1"x30". I have been using it with a leather belt from Lee Valley to strop. For $29 plus the cost of the leather belt and a few grinding belts it has done OK. I hope to move up to a larger one some day...

would it be good too sharpen with,,i mean maybe 80 grit,,,200...maybe up to 800 grit ?

You can often buy reconditioned ones at some rental places for very cheap, meaning you can buy much larger ones for the cost of a small 1" sander. This is useful if you want to move beyond just reshaping a small bevel and actually working on the primary grind of a knife.

Belts aren't hard to find... and you can also use 1x42 belts. I actually have that Sears grinder. It does OK... but it seems like something is always in the way on it... part of the guard... I had to take the tension handle off... etc. Makes it a bit limiting. It won't run a leather belt at all... the guard in the back would need to be cut away... and I didn't look close enough to see if I could do it. I think I read somewhere that someone had done that... but cant remember where. I mostly use it now for big jobs... and am looking to replace it eventually. Mine's loud too... I have to wear earplugs with it.

The one I like for sharpening is what Lee Valley sells....

you have to get a motor for it.

Others may chime in... but the Sears grinder is not my favorite.... expect for larger jobs. While at first I liked it... the more I use it... I'm not as impressed. I wouldn't say it's bad.... if you get one, I'm sure you could get it to work... just not my first choice.

i think im gonna stick with the harborfreight model,,,noise would be a BIG issue for me,,,
