Recommendation? Belt sanders

I am looking to get a belt sander for regrinds and blade repairs (tired of doing it by hand). I'd like to pick up something fairly cheap to test the waters and see to what extent I would like to go with this but I'd like to get an idea from you all about what kind of sander would be best suited for flat grinding blades and such.

In addition to a sander, what belts do you guys use for this kind of work?

I use Norton " Blaze" 2x48" belts, they work well with a wide range of steels.
There a bunch of good grinders to choose from, got mine from Norm Coote.
Made a box for it with wheels, so I can move it around the garage.
Consider getting a VFD, too much speed is your enemy.

How much did this setup cost, if you don't mind me asking?

The VFD is a KBDA -27D @ 374.00
the motor is a Leeson 2hp.3ph. TEFC, 56H frame @ 318.00
The motor i have has been replaced by this one
