Belt Sheath for a Schrade 8OT?

I recently scored a Schrade USA 8OT at a flea market. It was NIB, but I got it for a song and I don't buy knives unless I'm willing to use them. I love carrying the thing, but I also like to carry a smaller slippie in addition to the stockman. Are their any ready-made sheaths out there that would fit the 8OT, or am I looking at something custom? I'd like a vertical carry, snap/flap, plain brown leather if possible.

Thanks for any suggestions.

There are plenty of case trapper sheaths around.Im not sure about the fit,but i think it would work.

The Schrade 8OT was never sold with a sheath; it was designed as a pocketknife. Still, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a small belt sheath to fit.

Oh, I know. I'd just like the option. Thanks for the suggestions, all.

The 8OT is the same size as a LB7 and a 110 Buck. There are plenty of sheaths on the bay for them. Custom sheaths for whatever you like are also available.

Actually i believe its a 3 blade stockman,4" closed.You may be thinking of the 6OT or 7ot.

The difficult thing will be to find a sheath small enough to hold an 8OT snugly. I'm confident you can find one, but pay close attention to the size specs when ordering.

That's what I was concerned about as well, especially with the 8OT's serpentine frame. I know it's a small knife compared to the Buck 110 and other knives traditionally carried in a belt sheath, but it's just a bit too big to be comfortable in my pocket and as I said, I like to carry another smaller knife as well. In any case, Ranchmanben has offered to take a shot at making a sheath for my stockman, so I may not need to buy one commercially.

Thanks, everyone.
