Belt speed recommendation for knife sharpening?

I just got my Coote 2 x 72 grinder. I have a 1725 rpm motor with a 1.5" sheave.

Soon I will have 750 chip carving knives to sharpen.

What size sheave would you recommend to put on my grinder shaft to get the best belt speed for sharpening? I'm not sure how to do the math on belt speed in fpm as it relates to sheave rpm's.

Yes, these chip carving knives have a straight edge.
