I hear through the grapevine that Tuhon Largusa is currently in Hawaii.
The Villabrille Kali system, is in the hands of Mel Lopez.
There are, however, a number of instructors of that system in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Check Multi-Culture Martial Arts ( chief instructor Guy Chase), last I heard, he was working extensively in the Villabrille system. He is in San Francisco, and I think teaching out of the YMCA in J-town.
Not sure if Mel Lopez is taking public students.
