Bench grinder on a budget

I want to get myself a bench grinder to make making knives a bit easier. I plan to use files most of the way, but for buffing, i think one of these could come in handy, and for engraving, some of them come with an extension that i could use like a rotary tool. I would also think that for the less detailed heavy removal, one of these would do the job.

All that said, whats my best bet for around ~75$

I have three harbor freight bench grinders. one has paper wheels on it (Wish I had a buffer for this). I use one for buffing (also which I had a real buffer) and use the other with a rock wheel and wire wheel. I only use the first two and never use the one for grinding. They are the 3/4 hp ones from HF.
