Benchmade 155SBK Presidio?

Held it today. It's a very substantial piece, not at all in the same category as the Nimravus. It's bigger, thicker, and heavier. The handle is far and away superior, but I think I feel that way because I detest handle scales that don't cover the tang. The blade would hold up to more abuse than the Nimravus, as well. And the sheath is a monster. The front pocket of the sheath detaches, with a two-way belt mount system and an expanding pocket. That impressed me.

I couldn't do anything with it 'cause then I would have had to pay for it... I wanted to, though. That edge was begging me to cut myself.

Looked (and felt) like a very solid piece, sharp and sturdy. The handle texturing seems to be finer than on the folding Presidio's. A big improvement, in my opinion. The BK1 coating doesn't look too different from the old BT2. A bit more textured - it seems more durable, but I couldn't really say. The spine serrations are followed by a sharpened plain section going to the tip. No idea how much utility that'll give you, but both the serrated and plain part were quite sharp.

I don't have one. But as an interesting side note, I saw a prototype on Ebay.
