Benchmade 2014 Catalog...what do you see?

Bunch of people excited about the 940-1 including myself, but I was looking to see the 531 in 2014. Not real excited about 154CM, but love the grind and G-10 scales is a nice touch. At least S30V would have been sweet. Maybe a M390 or M4 limited run? I don't know if I can wait for that...
I traded off my 154CM mini-barrage. May have to revisit 154CM in this model. I really dig this design with that blade grind!
I will be upping the ante on my purchases in 2014.
How do y'all feel about certain 2014 B knives?
 
The only one that I am sure to buy is the 909 AXIS Stryker. I am interested in the 531 but I am not to fond of the grey/black G-10, would prefer all black. I like the thought of s90v on the 940 but carbon fiber is not my thing. Hopefully this will lead to a G-10 version of the 94x series.
 
I see 940 in S90V which i great news and also 710 gold class in carbon fibre-ctek and damasteel blade,looks great.
 
They say the 940-1 won't release until the 2nd quarter of 2014. I wonder when I can get my hands on 531? Just got a new authorized BM dealer in my home town. Wonder when they start shipping the new models out?
 
The 484 is very interesting. I would have to get that one in my hand to know for sure. The materials are awesome. I love 3" blades, but I love a 940. Slim and odd perfection.
 
Anyone in the know please post when this stuff will start shipping to distributors. I will plan accordingly...lol
 
Do u all think the axis lock is that reliable? Please don't send me to old posts I wanna know if u think any axis lock is worth 300.00+?

Well the 940-1 is, since it has premium materials (CF/S90V)

The 940-1 will have a MAP price of $263.50 and it's worth it to me because of the CF scales and CPM-S90V blade.
 
Glad the 940-1 is production, and cool to see the 530 is being fitted in G10 in production.
 
What do you think would be a better choice Ramin? The Benchmade 810-1401 Contego, Milled blue/black G10 handle, M390 Steel

or

This 484: Axis Lock, contoured G-10 scales and 3" M390 (60-62HRC) blade

Blade length dictates.
 
the striker looks sweet with g10, and i liked the hk axis revival. those would be my 2.
 
I'm still grumpy over that price jump thing.
Maybe I'll be over it when the 940-1 becomes available because that to me is a seriously cool EDC folder.
Does makes me wonder if a 943-1 may follow?
 
I have been waiting for years to see a axis lock striker with Tip Up carry. I need that knife and its smaller version. Called my local BM dealer to order me one of each.
