Hiya folks.

I've seen several good pics of the Benchmade 210 Activator, but none of the knife in someone's hand. If anyone has one of these knives, can you post a pic of it in your hand? I'm concerned that the grip might be too small for comfort, although the folks on the Benchmade forum seem very happy with it.

Thanks!

Fox

Fox i do not have a pic of it in my hand but the hand forms to the 210 handle very well. it is prob. one of the most comfortable fixed blades i have ever handled

Fox, it is VERY comfortable in my hand... VERY VERY VERY! If you need a small fixed than just go for it and you will not be disappointed!

Thanks for the responses. I guess when I have some spare cash lying around I might have to get one of these. Note that I don't know if I *need* a small fixed blade, but I sure as hell would like to have one! :D

A BM210 is flying to France tonight.

Review with Fred Perrin will follow in a French magazine and I will translate it in English !

best regards

A BM210 #462 has arrived
born April (4) 1966 (6) the 22nd (2), I like that number !

First impression: beautiful; rounded curved, attention to details, incredibly confortable sweet in the palm of my hand and screaming sharp !

this little knife is sheeple friendly (tried on my wife!) and looks like it can stand an atomic blast !

you know how fond I am of little fixed blade.
This new Snody design is a great addition in the folder alternative.

For hunters it's going to be a must as a skinner/utility blade: the thick blade fo breaking joints and the drop point to gently skin you catch.
The grip is secure with a deep notch in the handle.
Short strong razor blade. Fast and well balanced feel. The handle got a nice dropping curve, like a small AFCK.

I am really really impressed by this new benchmade !
The S30V blade is gently stonewashed like Chris Reeve Sebenza's... it's flat ground and even it got a recurve like the bm 710 !!!

This knife is a micro synthesis of a lot of Benchmade Signatures !!!

Now time to test it on the long run for La Passion des Couteaux Magazine.

Bonjour

cheers

Hi Nemo,

as I will be visiting some French ports with the ship I'm working on (Montecarlo, Saint Malo, Bordeaux), can you advise any place whre I can buy (either a shop or a website) a Dok Douk geant?

Fausto

Bonjour Fausto,

I'm sorry but I don't know where you can find a Douk Douk géant....

Cheers

The 210 looks like a great little knife. It seems like BM has been coming out with a lot of cool stuff recently. I'm usually not interested in their knives, but that's changing.
