Benchmade 210TK with both sheaths

I have a Benchmade 210TK with S30V blade and Carbon Fiber Handles. It comes with both the leather belt sheath and kydex neck sheath (they usually only come with on or the other). This knife has been used (not abused) and there are some light kydex marks that show up more in the pics than in actual use (I tried to angle the shots to show the marks). Something that appears to be a light oxidation layer has started to form on the blade which shows up in certain light, I haven't tried to remedy this at all because it doesn't bother me in the least. I am looking to trade for a Gransfors Bruks Small Forest Axe, preferably in good unmodified condition.

The Kydex is from Benchmade, the neck cord has not even been taken out of its bag. I don't know for sure if it takes a tek-lok (I don't have any mini's to compare right now), but the hole pattern looks like a mini tek-lok to me...
