I really like the ZT 0200 except for the thickness of the scales which takes up quite a lot space in my pants pocket. Never have seen the BM 275 in person. Can anyone tell me your impressions of the 275 vs 0200 for differences in scales and overall quality?
Thanks all.

How's it going mike?

I haven't held the 275 but owned and carried a 0200 for quite awhile. Just from looking at pics i would say the 275 has slimmer scales but that's just me.

ZT 0200 Handle Thickness: 0.723 in.
ZT 0200 Blade Thickness: 0.156 in.
154cm Blade.

BM 275 Handle Thickness: 0.730 in.
BM 275 Blade Thickness: 0.160 in.
D2 Steel Blade.

So The BM 275 Is Thicker. Both Are TANKS Of A Knife.
I Think The BM Would FEEL Slimmer In The Pocket Because Of The Fact That The G-10 Is Not 3D Or Contoured Like The G-10 On The ZT 0200.

I Can't Find The Overall Thickness Of The Scales, But The ZT Is Just Barely Thinner As Far As The Entire Handle Goes.
The BM Also Has A Thicker Blade.

Both good knives, both thick and heavy. Skinny jeans don't allow for comfortable carry is what I've been told. ;)

Zt 200 weight is 7.7 Oz benchmade weight is 7.7 0z as well, Just googled both knives. It looks like both knives are gonna be pretty close when it comes to the specs
I know you asked for thickness but i was just gonna add in the weight part. As far as quality goes either one is gonna be tough as nails, but consider this benchmade you get the D2 tool, and zt you get 154cm, D2 is gonna be harder to sharpen, but benchmade has the option for a blade replacement if you ever damage your knife or break the tip you pay i believe 30-35 bucks for a new blade. If i was gonna chose between the 2 I would chose the one that i could get a new blade for, Because It being a "hard use knife", I'm gonna use it hard and not hold anything back, because if i break it I can get it fixed. Kinda off topic just throwing this in for you.

D2 Also Gets Sharper.. Holds Its Edge Longer.. And To Me Is The Tougher Steel. But I Love D2 Steel.

Both are great, I love 154cm and I love D2. I have the 275 Adamas and I've used it fairly hard. Chopped wood with it, battoned through firewood, cut through some thick plastic pipe and so on.

For the price Its a killer knife!

If you don't like thick meaty knives, the 275 may not be for you. Overall quality is comparable and build is great. I personally love it. It carries easier than the ZT 0200.

Spec wise, they are pretty similar in bulk, but for some reason the Adamas "feels" more carry-able. I sold my ZT in less than a week, but the Adamas has stayed in my pocket since January
