What's y'all's opinions on these knives, I'm thinking about getting one and would like to know the rundown on both and see if anyone has/had either of them and could tell me pros and cons.

Both are high quality, tough tough. I would go with the 375, I like D2 much better than 1095 for corrosion resistance.

I have both knives and they are great but not similar. The esee is the quintessential woods knife. Good size, great heat treat and sharpens wonderfully easy. The only negative some people have is that the handle is a little small. I have med/large hands and I think it is fine.
The BM is a great tactical blade. You have to wrap the handle or custom make the handles. The knife is not uncomfortable unwrapped but handles help. The serrations on the back of the blade cut rope pretty well, however, they would probably get in the way of batoning.

Bottom line-if you want more military/ mall ninja ( and I don't mean that in a negative way!) go with the BM. If you will be spending more time in the woods than go with the esee 4.

I was leaning towards the ESEE anyways cause I'm outdoors a lot, I will most likely end up buying both...

The Esee 4 is all around a very robust and useful knife, the 375 isn't quite as "knife" as the Esee 4 is.

If plan on EDCing or going into the woods or anything, I'd get the Esee 4. I think the 375 would get complicated and annoying after a while with those serrations.
