Benchmade 375, fixed Adamas in CA?

Hey guys, I'm living in the Bay Area of California, San Jose to be specific and I was wondering if the Benchmade 375 is legal to carry? I'm asking because the top is serrated so it might qualify as a double edged knife. Thanks, really like my folder adamas so a fixed would be nice too.

I don't know if the Bay area has it's own knife laws, but California state law does NOT forbid "double-edged" knives. I live in San Diego, and I, and my lawyer, are very familiar with California's state knife laws. CA law does require fixed-blades to be carried OPENLY, no exception.

But of course, as always, don't just take the word of some guy on the internet. Read the laws for yourself (they can be found online). And if you still have questions, consult a criminal defense attorney. That's what I do.
