benchmade 42 plain edge t-latch

newer production 42s are 154CM. is 154CM stamped on the blade of your knife, or is it 440C or ATS34?

if it's all original, the BM42 T-latch will have 12C27 Sandvik for blade steel. blade steel is not usually listed on the T-latch era knives.

154CM was introduced in 2005-ish.
