Here's the deal with this knife. Benchmade was apparently experimenting with their anodized Ti handles for their Bali-Songs. First it was anodized, and then beadblasted. It's possible that there was uneven coloring after being anodized, and rather than redoing the anodizing, they beadblasted them, just to see how they turned out.
They were never intended for sale, but a handful managed to accidentally make their way into the market (I bought mine from a dealer years ago - GPKnives perhaps, but I can't remember for certain).
The result is that instead of the vibrant blue/purple coloring, it has a dull, greyish purple. It also has a warm, soft tactile feeling, and is nicely grippy.
This knife has been handled and flipped, (and perhaps used to do some very light cutting), so naturally there's some markings on the latch and the handles where the latch contacts them.
Asking $350. Includes original box and nylon sheath. Price includes shipping and insurance within USA. Paypal is preferred (I'll eat the fees). If I have to ship internationally, I may ask extra for any additional shipping costs, as well as the 3.9% "Cross Border/Currency Conversion" fee. I will not ship to Canada or any other country where balisongs/butterfly/gravity knives are illegal, so don't ask.
