Purchased late 2001. Never used in box. Paid $130, have receipt.
Right side of blade etched in BC1 Coating, 154CM, Pre-Production 242/1000; TERZUOLA Design (w/logo)
Left side of blade, Benchmade logo. NOTE: this side of the blade the BC1 Coating is flaking off near top. I have no explanation as to why other than is has been sitting (indoors).
