Benchmade 470 Emmisary?

Any opinions on the knife from those who have used/held/own one? Opinions before I pull the trigger?

I bought one for my son, he seems satisfied with it. In fact, I was sharpening my kitchen knives a few minutes ago, and he put it on the table for me to sharpen. It is very light, with good fit and finish, and the assisted opening works with authority. Tonight I noticed that it has a little side to side blade play. I tried to fix it by tightening the pivot, but to make it go away requires the pivot to be tightened to the point that it won't open. I'll have to play with it to see if I can get it fixed right.
