Benchmade 5" Closed Bali Song Butterfly Knife

For Sale is this excellent condition Benchmade Bali Song 5" closed BUtterfly knife with part serrated 4 1/4". This Benchmade knife has very light surface scratches on the blade and a light rub or two. I would grade it in excellent condition. It is unsharpened so the blade is full. $65.00 shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Those are good questons. I do not know much about Butterfly knives. I believe the blade is Stainless Steel. The tang is stamped only Benchmade U.S.A.". The reverse tang is stamped with the Benchmand Butterfly logo with "Bali Song" in the center of the ButterFly. The handle appears to be stainless too with smooth black overlay. I have looked this up in the only book I have and the closest I can see is a model 31 or 47. I do not know if the handles are Titanium.
 
The knife is a BM259S. The handles are a zinc alloy called ZAMAK.
 
That Balisong looks like one of the old International versions they made back in the early to mid 80's.
 
So the added information has been a big help to me. This knife is still available. I should note that the latch will not hold the handles together tight when the blade is open. I did think that this was a normal thing for a BUtter Fly knife. There is what I would call only handle wear on the handle and blade. It still would grade excellent in my view.

Wow, not only do you want a knife that was available in 05 but you also don't want to offer him the full amount he wanted in 05... Awesome.
