Benchmade 5000 Presidio - Real or Fake?

I've got four of these that I've accumulated over time. They all seem to have the same feel and operate similarly. This one, however has benchmade.com/pat while the others have a patent no. The handle on this one is a bit darker too while the others have more wear.

benchmade switched from putting the patent number on the blade to putting the website a while though i couldn’t tell you when for sure. so the one with the web address is just newer is all. everything about it looks legit to me
