So just a few minutes ago I tried switching the pocket clip on my BM51 from one side to the other. Afterwards, for whatever reason, the latch wasn't as "springy", So I simply put it back to the original side no problem. After putting it back to the way it came however, the latch springs out fine, but seems to be totally loose and even has some play up and down between the two handles when not securing the handles shut. I could be mistaken, but I don't remember it ever doing this before. Another weird thing is, no matter how much I tighten the screw at the bottom, it does not change the resistance on the latch WHATSOEVER. If I recall, there wasn't originally much play and you could adjust how loose or tight the latch was by simply loosening or tightening the screw at the bottom. Can any other 51 owners let me know if that's how it's supposed to work, and if so, why mine isn't working properly? Thanks for any help!
