Benchmade 530 screws size ?

Hello,

Sorry for yet another "what screws on XXX ?" post, but I could find the answer in the existing posts.

I just bought a BM 530 Pardue (first version with symmetrical dagger-style blade) that would need its screws (especially the pivot) replaced.

I'm not familiar with the imperial measurement system as I live in Europe and I have no tool to measure the screws.

Could you tell me the dimensions of the following screws of the 530 ? (thread size/length/head diameter), so that I can source them myself.
  • Pivot screw
  • scales screws (longer ones)
  • Liner screws (very short ones)
  • blade stop screws (the ones with the small head)

If it exists I may try to find some titanium screws, as I LOVE titanium. :)

Typically, an email to Benchmade detailing what you want, will result in a package with all the screws you need (excluding the "female" pivot part that Benchmade seems hesitant to send out for some reason) in a month or so.

A few months ago, I got the Omega springs and all screws for a 940 from Benchmade (I'm in Canada).
 
I know I could contact Benchmade but they don't always have time to answer such request, plus I already asked them for a pivot screw, before figuring out that the other screws needed replacement as well, and I would link not to harass them and end up blacklisted ^^ :-)

On the other hand, I would like to understand Benchmade screws measurement and be able to find a supplier here in Europe, so I can build a small stock of spare screw ready to be used.

You may be in luck and they'll send out the scale screws as well. Just be patient as it can take 6 weeks or so. I have no idea as to what size screws the 530 takes, as I don't have a 530.

I do have a bag full of screws for several different Benchmade's, but unfortunately I didn't label them and have to wade through a pile to find the right screw.
 
I think most of Benchmade’s small screws are a 2-56 thread size but, don’t quote me on it.
