Benchmade 531 with M390?

The Benchmade 531 has been on my wish list for a while now as a nice slim office carry. I've been holding off hoping that Benchmade or a Dealer would make a limited edition with a M390 blade. I know that there was a Gold Class version, but that's way above my pay grade.

Anyone else interested in a steel upgrade to the 531?

I’ve been asking for a non-GC M390 531 for a while now on the BKC home forum.. I’d like some herringbone patterned CF with satin M390.. Hopefully next year..

It’s a great steel for the 531’s thinness & blade geometry.. A rather dull blade from the factory can cut arm hair with pressure, trust me when I say this thing can whittle hair without any pressure to the skin. Definitely earns the scary-sharp title.
