benchmade 551le ?

Is this current production or discontinued? I.e. is there somewhere I can buy one?
 
I just bought one my self about 3 weeks ago, so far I love it, the X15-TN admittedly doesn't hold and edge as well as any of my other knives("lowest" other steel I own is 154cm), but is more than adequate for my EDC needs at work and sit very easy to maintain on my sharpmaker. If I had to guess it's probably around 440C or maybe AUS-8. I mainly bought it for the extra corrosion resistant the steel and G10. I work with a lot of a lot of bleach ranging from 10% to 50% concentration, more than enough to ruin any steel, so every little bit helps. More generally it is a limited edition for Benchmade's Law Enforcement buyers Program I believe, hence the little Sheriff's style star on the clip.

Thanks. I saw the ones on ebay seem go be going for $190+. I was able to find one online elsewhere online for significantly less.

I think my REI exclusive S30V blade and the one from this knife are going to be making a swap!
 
X15-TN?? Wth is that supposed to be? The knife looks incredible I am a huge fan of BM's G10 and love my REI Grip so I guess Ill get this one to

My 551BK-LE just arrived in the mail today and for a $142 knife I could not be happier (PM me if you want to where - they are still listed as in stock) . I love the blue/black G10 and blue backspacers. I have another G10 Griptilian (the REI exclusive) and this LE edition has a more grippy texture to the scales.

As for the X15 steel, it is the first I knife I've owned with this, but it is also used by Benchmade on the current version of their Griptilian H2O and is supposed to be highly corrosion resistant.

I just got mine two days ago. Its a good looking knife but I forgot how much I dislike the full size grip after using my mini grips. Its too bad they haven't made a small 55x version. So it looks like this one is going to be a catch and release. If anyone wants I'm going to post it in the wtt section.
