The knife handled

Let’s cutting a 1 ½ inches branch

The cutting efficiency is just great, I will give a good 9,0/10

I have my branch

now I’ll work it to made my walking stick

The handle of the walking stick

After working a bit the point too, the walking stick it’s ready

The handle is a bit “weird”, narrow at the end and whit his two finger grooves

speaking about the knife’s handle, it’s very well in fit and finish, but not the best on comfort. Ill’ give a score of 7,0/10 at the handle in terms of ergonomic and comfort.

It’s worth to mention that the clip is a bit weak, my feeling is that isn’t the strongest I experienced

Final score: 16,0/20
Note: the final score is pretty affected by the handle weird shape, it’s a pity because the blade it’s just great. No doubt that using the knife whit a pair of gloves, the final score could be a lot higher, probably 18,0/20

Conclusions: the Benchmade Mini Ruckus is really well made, whit an high level of fit and finish. The cutting efficiency is really good, unfortunately the handle it’s not at the same level. Great knife to use whit a pair of gloves.

Time to come back home

at my dinner

Ciao,

Very cool! I was looking at one of these at wholesale sports today, tempted me, but my benchmade 710 hasn't even showed up yet! Good to see someone actually uses their knives!

Martin the Mini Ruckus may have scored 18.0/10 with gloves, but your dinner sores a 10/10, and that's without gloves.

Great knife—I am glad I was able to find one a couple of years ago.

I haven't used mine for extended cutting tasks, but I find the handle to be quite comfortable for my needs.

Yes, the pocket clip does flex a lot, but it hasn't ever fallen out of the pocket either.

I ve had no problem with the handle s comfort in moderate use with my Mini Rukus. I believe the ergonomics are great and I really like the look..solid and durable
