anyone know if this one is made in the usa? I heard some benchmade are made elsewhere. I searched the forum but couldnt find specific details.

Thanks!

The 690 is a blue class knife and is now DC'd. Great knife by the way, a very well made liner lock and the carbon fiber and wood worked very nicely together.

The 690 is made in the USA, as boobar said it has been discontinued for awhile.

The price for the regular production versions have topped $200 recently.

They also made a few different limited edition versions. The one with bluewood and carbon fiber is my favorite by far, out of all of them.
