Here are a couple of folders that Benchmade produced in limited quantities.
The first is the Benchmade 525-701 Mini Presidio. This was the real Presidio Ultra.
Like the 525, it has aluminum handles and is solid as a tank. The blade is S30V.
The second is the Benchmade 707-701.
This was a model offered for export only, no USA sales, which really upset the American buyer. To make matters worse, BM later decided to sell it in the US, perhaps due to poor international sales. Those who had spent big bucks importing one into the USA were not happy, to say the least.
I was fortunate enough to get one here in the US. The quality and workmanship on this export model, is better than any other black class BM I own, which raises other questions about export models.
