Benchmade 707 question

I just received my benchmade 707 sequel in the mail, and I was just wondering will the axis lock on it loosen up because it is a lot stiffer than any grip I have ever messed with?
 
Well I don´t know... my 707 was smooth as butter from the start (3 years ago) and it still is. Still my favourite folder!
 
For some reason, i just bought 3 benchmades and 2 of them have same problem. I just kept opening and closing them. The 810 with cpm m4 steel has a heavy thick blade and my axis sticks alot. I am breaking it in; but it will loosen up guaranteed.
 
It will loosen up.. just sit on the couch and open and close her for a week or so while watching TV
 
my 707 and 3 other axis folders all required some pivot adjustment to find balance between centering/play, opening/closing. i think i tend to focus more on centering and close action since opening can be more remedied by inertia
 
My 707 was smooth from the get go, but I have had other BM's that were a little rough to begin with. In short time they are all butta'. I wouldn't worry about it just play with it a bit and all will be well.
