Benchmade 720 Replacement

My trusty and faithful 720 disappeared during a home B&E and I'm looking for an equivalent. It had a 3.24" bowie like blade, ATM-34 steel and pocket clip for tip down carrying. My requirements are:

Tip DOWN Carry!
Blade about 3.25 inch
Ambidextrous STUD opening
Aluminun Handle
Hefty Stainless Steel Blade(Not a gents knife and not a Tanto)
Price Range: approximately $120
Don't care how it locks
Did I mention tip Down Carry (two things I can never do: switch from a 1911 to a decocker and switch from tip down to tip up carry, sorry)

I can still find new 720s but they are all tip up only and original 720s are too expensive.

The Kershaw Mini-Cyclone with ti handle and ZDP-189 steel can be had for around $135, but the blade is only ~3". It also has a ti handle and not Al, and the Spped Safe opening system, but that can be turned off.
