I have an excellent condition Benchmade 730 CFHS axis lock folder with carbon fiber scales and a BT2-coated M2 high-speed steel blade for sale. This knife is a design by Allen Elishewitz, and it's a limited edition of 500.
This 730 CFHS has never been carried, used, or sharpened, and it still has its original edge from Benchmade. However, I would not say that it is quite in mint condition. The original clip and clip screws have some handling scuffs; these have been replaced by a similar but not identical set from Benchmade. Of course, the original scuffed clip and screws will also be included with the knife. Also, one of the backspacer screws is a bit scuffed up as well; a picture of it is below.
The action is very smooth, perhaps the smoothest I've ever had on an axis lock folder, and the blade centering is excellent.
***SOLD***
The specs:
Condition: Excellent
Blade length: 3 5/8" from tip to bolster
Overall length: 8 1/4"
Blade thickness: 1/8" at serrated thumb ramp
Blade steel: M2 high-speed tool steel
Blade finish: BT2 coating
Edge: Plain
Handle scale material: Carbon fiber
Lock: Axis lock
Clip: Tip up, black-coated
For payment, I prefer money orders, but I will also accept cashier's checks, PayPal, and cash (at your own risk). If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but I will only ship to a PayPal-confirmed address with that method of payment. Personal checks have to clear before I ship the knife.
I will consider trades or partial trades for custom folders. No serrated or coated blades, please.
Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!
