Benchmade 800 AFCK replacement.

Greetings, I need help in replacing the Benchmade 800 AFCK for EDC. I want something that handles like the AFCK, but is available today. Love the 154CM, but will look at something compariable. I will appreciate your thoughts.
 
yeah get the 806 if you can find one. If not, the 710 is a good choice if you want to stick with Bencmade.
 
Well, the obvious would be a Police from Spyderco.

What about the 800 did you like? I like the handle most as it indexes well in a variety of holds. Nice and secure.

In that regard, the 630 Skirmish has impressed me. The blade IS big time different, though.

BTW, 800 series models are still out there in NIB condition. The 806 is high priced, as are the 800 models at times. But, they are to be had.
 
The 710D2 is a close (and much cheaper) friend to the AFCK line. I owned an 806D2 with the axis-lock for a while (bought it about a month before it was discontinued). The 710 is a very close knife, with a slightly more utility oriented blade.
