I recently picked up a pair of Benchmade 810's for one heck of a nice price (going out of business sale). One is a safe queen and the other will enter edc circulation. Thing is, the ergos on the 810 just don't work well with my hand. At the very least, I want to grind down the jimping in the choil. This really hurts my index finger after a short period of time. Id also like to deepen the choil as well. This would bring my natural grip placement toward the blade by about 1/4 inch and would then allow for a more comfortable grip. So before I dig out the dremel, has anyone modified their 810 yet? I'd love to get some ideas before I dig in! Thanks!
