Benchmade 813???

A coworker said he wanted me to sharpen his benchmade. Today he brought me a fairly worn 813. I have never seen one before. I know it's in 440c steel but that's about it. Question is how old is it and what's it worth? I can't find any info on it

The 813 I believe to be a mini TSEK. They came in Gin-1 or 440C steel. It's an older production model, still not a huge demand for them today.
I'm sure his knife has a lot more sentimental value then actual value.

Off the top of my head. I would date it 2001-2005. I maybe off on the later date. I would have to check old catalogs.

Thanks guys. He said he bought it years ago cause he was told benchmade was the best knife he could buy. It appears it was his work horse for a long time until it dulled to the point of not being useful to carry. Literally zero edge. Thank goodness for the edge pro
