Here is a nice one: A mint BM 835-07/00 Knife of the Month in M2HS, w/ box sheath and paperwork. This was Benchmade's "Knife of the Month" in July of 2000, the year they did that series. I like this knife because it is one of the lighter models Benchmade has made, yet the lock-up is solid and the blade steel is high-performance.
This knife is very comfortable in the hand, thanks to the ergonomic shape of the handle. It sports Benchmade's old-school butterfly logo on the blade and handle. Benchmade stopped shipping its folders with sheaths a few years ago, but this is one of the oldies with both a clip and a nice Benchmade pocket sheath.
Benchmade no longer makes knives in the coveted M2HS steel, and they're getting harder and harder to find. This one would make an awesome EDC user, as well as a nice collectible. $165 shipped insured.
