Benchmade 905 Mini Stryker framelock conversion?

I was wondering if you've done one of these(or 910) in the past? It's been one of my favourite knives for many years, but always thought it would make an awesome framelock. Also, what are your thoughts on Bm's liner locks on general?

BenchMades older liner locks had a different type contact than the newer ones do. I personally liked the older ones better. Both can still be done wrong on occasion but I like the older more flatter ground contact vs the concave ones.

I need to see the knife. I don't keep up with Benchmades numbers all that well and the actual knife in question would help.

See if you can find it in a link or post it in a pic for me and we'll go from there.

What few pics I could find of it looks like its certainly possible but it looks like there may be a lot of variants of that model so I'm not sure I've seen what you actually have. None of the pictures are all that big or detailed either so I'd like to see it closer up if possible. A flat bed scanner is great for this if you have one.

It's a pre-production 1998 model, whatever that means. I'll look at getting some pics out to you for a better look.
