at the benchmade website it says that you must be in the military or a law enforcement officer to buy the knifefrom benchmade.com


would i have any problems buying the knife from a retailer on the web?

i am not in hte military or an officer
 
Retailers usually ask for proof of eligibility, too. If they sell an automatic knife to someone who would be breaking the law in purchasing/possessing one, then the retailer, too, is breaking that same law.

does anybody know of a retailer on the web that might not check for millitary or law enforcement status?

im hoping new graham doesnt check?
