Benchmade 928 proxy-new in box, feels a little rough now

So I just picked up a 928 proxy flipper. New in box. #234 of 1000 or something like that.

Anyway, I have flipped it open and shut maybe 50-100 times. (how can you not?). Anyway it's is definitely rough opening and closing now, almost.....like that blade is scraping against the nut that keeps it locked.

I have looked at it very closely though, and I don't think that is what is happening. I think I watched a video about this knife, (can't remember, I've watched so many), is it possible that this knife has bearings in it, and it needs to be cleaned or relubed?

couple drops of some 3 in 1 oil and she's smooth as silk again. (advice from the benchmade staff)
