My BM 930 Kulgera just came in the mail today and it is amazing. It fits in the hand really well and the G10 is not to rough, infact it is a little on the smooth side but i dont really care. The blade came extremely sharp, but it was not quite polished as well as i would have hoped. I experienced that fact first hand because as i flicked it closed the point nicked the palm of my hand. That made me extra thankful for the bandaids NGK sent. Like all axis knives the Kulgera is smooth as silk in opening and closing and locks up like a vault with no blade play. I strongly recomend this knife to anyone who could use a new knife.

Darn, I was going to order one of these, but I decided to save the money and go with a Delica instead... Maybe in a few months. I just love the name "Kulgera" :D

930's a nice knife...excellent Osborne design and very high quality. Osborne, more Osborne please!!

Got one about a month ago. Love it. This is the first axis lock I have owned and cannot believe how smooth the action is on it. I have been spending my knife funds almost exclusively with one of the other major brands, but am giving serious consideration to more aquisitions from benchmade because of this knife. The ergonomics are very good-the knife fits the hand very well. I found the finish on the knife in both the handle and the blade to be excellent. Factory edge was super sharp and the steel seems to hold a very good edge.

Here's a decent photo of the 930 Kulgera...it's the one in the middle!

I've gotten within a second of ordering one of these, but the blade finish doesn't seem to match the clip and the nickel accents. I haven't seen one in person, it seems that way from the pics I've seen. It's a pricy knife for all of that not to match up visually.

It looks like the clip doesn't go with knife or blade finish doesn't match the knife.

Just an opinion... I over analyze everything. I'm sure the action is smooth and perfect. Still a nice knife.

How thick is the knife? A few of the benchmades would be just about perfect but they seem too thick in the handle. The mini rukus and some of the H&K knives are like this.

Could someone measure it and maybe even snap a pic with some other common knives? Thanks!

Just like all the Benchmades designed by Osborne it is top notch! It is hard to beat the 940 design! Kevin

I wanted one of those but thought its too flimsy for a knife that long, almost as long as the 710. now I want one again.

The 930 is much thinner than the minirukus in the handle it is really slim and fits in the pocket perfectly.

The delica is a great knife and has a better dollar value IMO. But the quality of the 930 just blows it out of the water. I sound like an advertiser fot BM now... Oh Well.

It's a Waved Delica. I chose it simply due to price; I still love the Kulgera and will get it someday...

I'll buy a wave as soon as they change the color of the handles. I mean, I already have an Endura 4 ZDP-189 in green. I like green, but dang. Everything that's not green in a 3+ inch blade is 100 bucks more or is a salt model.

I don't understand why Spyderco doesn't offer any options other than a green fern (g10 green is the new model regular delica), but I didn't major in marketing.

I do agree the wave is a bargain. Great knife.

Sorry to get off topic, but it's been festering. I've bought three BM's since I bought my last Spyderco.

Yes, I would imagine that the Kulgera is higher in quality. I've demoed one at a shop. It is VERY nice. I mean VERY, VERY nice.

But I'm poor, so I got a Delica :o

But they're gray/black

I haven't seen a green waved Delica or Endura. All the ones I've seen are black.

And they're all FRN, so far as I've seen in Waved models.

Well, I look forward to owning the Kulgera someday :D
