Benchmade 940 or 531

I personally want the 531 because of the G10 but the g10 didnt really feel like the g10 on the rest of my knives, the 940 is a great knife, very smooth and has s30v, pretty much it comes down to what steel and blade style you prefer and of course g10 vs aluminum scales, cant go wrong with either.
 
Get the 940-1. Carbon fiber and S90V,,...! Its a great knife. I love mine. its a lot of knife without a lot of weight and a very small foot print in your pocket. its smooth as butter and also looks awesome.

It is a great summer time knife as it carries great in shorts. if your pocket doesn't allow for the 940-1. My vote is still for the standard 940. Now that I have the 940-1, I want the green on too. Love this knife.
