I love my Benchmade 940. I really do. I think it's beautiful, practical and deploys faster than my Kershaw Breakout (and that knife is fast)

The only thing I hate about it: It can't hold an edge for :foot:
I sent it to a sharpener in Utah: The bevels were uneven
I put it on my EdgePro: Worked great until I messed around in the yard doing light work (cutting lemons off of trees, weeding, etc.)
I tried stropping on leather with green compound to the correct angle-didn't work.

Now it's dull again, even though it still has what appears to be a polished EdgePro edge. Question is: What happened? Is Benchmade's S30v utter crap? Did the edge roll to the side or something? Do I need to do a full reprofile with my 120 grit stone in order to get it sharp again? What would you do with this knife?

Cheers
