Recommendation? Benchmade 940 washers

Hello guys,
Quick question, I got this Benchmade 940, as a gift from my old friend. He lost the original washers so I decide to make a new set. But I cannot find the dimensions using Google. Does anyone know the dimensions? Inside diameter, out diameter and thickness, please?

Have you contacted Benchmade? Their warranty is excellent, and if you send it in, they'll put in brand new PB washers for free.

Just did this morning, don't plan to send the knife over. Let's see how they get back to me.

I polish the blade sides of the washers with a Spyderco Sharpmaker Extra Fine Triangular Prism and run them dry.

Interesting how does polishing the washers make the knife perform versus stock?

Seriously. Call Benchmade. Don't email. A human on the phone is almost always more likely to actually help you. They will take care of it.
You will essentially get back a fully spa'd knife. More importantly you will have it back under warranty.
At worst you'll be out around $30 bucks depending on how you decide to spin your story.

The smoother surface has less friction between the moving parts. When the washer tarnish they have a rougher surface. When the washers are shiny and the lock bar is retracted, the blade will fall open and shut.
