Benchmade 950BK ?

Anybody got any idea if these are real -this is a 950 Rift with a plain edge - but blade and all metal parts are black. Is there a source/retailer for these yet?

New Graham has the black combo blade in stock now, with the plain edge listed, but out of stock.
