I have one (I think)
it's probably 15 years old or so...

the balance point is 1/2" behind the blade screw...
ie, the blade seems very light
if steel I would think it would be a good bit heavier than the Ti liner lock/G10 scales?

Pictures always help get people's attention on ID questions.

The Ti bladed ones have carbide, or something like that, on the full flat side of the blade at the edge. Also, Ti isn't magnetic, so you can try a magnet.
