I am very interested in the Benchmade Activator and think that it could make a wonderful EDC. I have read the specs on this knife but there is nowhere near my house to handle it before buying. Does anyone in this forum own the Activator? I have somewhat larger hands; does the handle feel thin or substantial in the hand? I would love to see pictures of the Benchmade Activator next to something to give it scale.
I really appreciate any and all feed back.

Thank you.

I have sold a few and they are pretty small even for me with smallish hands. For light utility though I dont really see a problem with it. The biggest complaint seems to be about the sheath.

Sorry I can't be of any more help, but one mans meat and all that :D

I just received the a 210 and a 210GG in the mail today and I will tell you now that you will not be dissappointed with this knife. It is precision made like all benchmade products. I am an average size individual with average size hands and this knife fits my hand perfectly. On most websites this knife was advertised as having an overall length of 6.5 inches. However, I was taken by surprise when I measured the knife, as the overall length is actually 5.5 inches long. The handle looks thin, but feels quite substantial in hand. Unfortunately, my digital camera is not currently functioning, but I assure you to simply take my word for it. You can't go wrong with this handy little fixed blade. I ordered both knives from newgraham and a concealex sheath from americanheritagesports if you're looking for some good deals.
