Benchmade AFCK?

Does BM still make the AFCK, and does it have an Axis?

It's the only Benchmade I'll really consider getting. I saw it on BM's website, but I also heard that it was discontinued. The AFCK (806) has an axis lock but the ones I've read reviews of all had linerlocks.

So...clear this up please?

The original was discontinued, but a few months ago they did another short run of them. The latest short run - which had the axis - went quickly, and many were resold for inflated prices.

The original AFCK was a liner lock. It was discontinued and they came out with a AXIS lock version. It was also discontinued but due to demand they did a limited run of the AXIS lock AFCK just a while ago. Prices were inflated but you can find them for around retail now, which is what most people had to pay to get them. Especially the serrated versions, those can be had pretty easily.
