Benchmade Arvensis (119) Experiences?

This is on my radar as my next knife. I like a large fixed blade for outdoor use and I think this one will fill my needs nicely. I'm not really a Bushcrafter at all, I just need a knife to do some camp chores and like the styling of this one.

I thought I was going to get the Bushcrafter at one point but the hook at the rear of the handle didn't fit my hand at all. Great blade just not for me ergo wise.

I really like it. I use mine for chopping, battening, etc. and it works fantastic. Overall, it's a great fixed blade knife.

Thanks for the reply. How does LifeSharp work with fixed blades? I know for my folders I can do a blade replacement for a fee. Is there a similar policy with a fixed blade?

For the Arvensis we have to replace the entire knife since the handles are press on. Cost is $100.
