Long time lurker / reader, first time posting.
I just bought a Benchmade Balisong from someone local to me. The previous owner told me that he has had the knife for over 20 years and has not used it for a very long time. It has its share of marks on it but the latch is tight in both the open and closed position. There is very little play in the handles. The blade has number 0537 on it which would indication a preproduction knife. My question is that I believe it to be a Benchmade 45 or 45c, can someone help me determine which model it is. It weighs 6.80 ounces. Here are some pictures of it.
